Doctor habilitated in legal sciences, professor at the University of the National Education Commission. He was a member of the Scientific Council of the Research Centre of the Bar Association at the Supreme Bar Council. He was a lecturer at the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution. He was an expert of the Office of Analyses of the Polish Sejm Chancellery. Member of the Committee on Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences (Krakow Branch). Member of the International Law Association (Polish Group) and the Polish Association of Agrarian Lawyers. Expert of the Bureau for International Cooperation of the Agricultural and Food Inspection (General Committee of the FAO/WHO Codex Alimentarius Commission). Author of publications on real estate law, agricultural law and food law.
